To the general population, a strike to the body isn’t considered nearly as painful as a blow to the head. With that being said, fighters and those who train understand the devastating power and agony that comes along with a well placed body shot.

On this gameshow, Rizin FF women’s strawweight Rena Kubota decided to show a gameshow host the power of a knee. Needless to say, he was in for a rude awakening.
