This video is sure to give fighters a good laugh!

A video courtesy of Spice Adams has continued to make its rounds on the internet recently. The video, which stars the former NFL player, satirizes the different stereotypes of fighters in the gym as they are training.

The clip looks at various stereotypes, including ‘the mirror boxer’ as the fighter who constantly shadowboxes in the mirror at the gym, as well as ‘the guy that does too much on the jumprope’, and many more.
