Sparring for UFC 194! #UNIFY

Ahead of his UFC 194 title fight against Jose Aldo on December 12th Conor McGregor has done some pretty interesting things.

From the viral video of ‘Notorious’ bareknuckle sparring with ‘The Mountain’ from Game Of Thrones last month, which probably nearly gave the UFC brass a heart attack, to the video of McGregor working on his movement with Ido Portal.

In the video above, McGregor can be seen sparring with a teammate.
