UFC welterweight/middleweight/moneyweight fighter Nick Diaz is apparently not going to rollover for the Nevada State Athletic Commission.

Instead, the three-time cannabis violator has retained the New York based, Seham, Seham, Meltz & Petersen, LLP, a firm which claims to provide representation in all aspects of Labor & Employment Law, Transportation, Energy, Real Estate, Corporate, Family and Immigration Law.

News of this move broke on Wednesday’s edition of UFC Tonight, when the panel stated, “According to his manager, Nick has retained a New York law firm to investigate his UFC 183 failed postfight drug test and represent him in front of the Nevada State Athletic Commission.”
