Despite Phil Davis’ initial claims that if he were to fight Glover Teixeira to a decision in Brazil next month that he would likely lose, Glover has a different take.

“I didn’t understand his complaint. That decision (at UFC 163) was controversial, but I thought that Lyoto won the fight and Phil’s arm was the one raised in Rio. I told him that, if I let this fight to the judges, he can have the victory. I’ll finish this earlier. You can tell him to buy a lottery ticket because he will only beat me by lucky.”

Glover Teixeira spoke to Combate.com about Phil Davis’ remark that the judges would be biased in Brazil.

Davis has since refuted the claims that he made the comments.
