Back at UFC 185 Joanna Jędrzejczyk put on an incredibly dominant performance against Carla Esparza, claiming the UFC women’s strawweight championship in the process.

Following the bout Esparza underwent shoulder surgery which, according to the former champ, left her unable to shadow box or touch a heavy bag for 7 months.
