The Premature stoppage of last weekend’s Dan Henderson vs. Gegard Mousasi fight may have been the best thing for “Hendo”, after all.

According to The Daily Telegraph’s Gareth Davies, the stoppage prevented further damage to Dan’s eye.

In another instagram posting from Hendo himself, he confirmed the surgery, but stated it was for his eye-lid.
