Did The New York Times Diss Rousey’s Book?

Rousey book cover full

UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey’s book ‘My Fight/Your Fight’ sold over 10,000 copies in its first week. UFC president Dana White congratulated her on making The New York Times Best Seller List, but that isn’t actually the case.

Rousey’s book did not make the coveted list, which prompted some confusion, especially from the publisher of the book, Regan Arts. The company did some looking and realized some shocking statistics.

Here’s an excerpt from Page Six.

“Rousey’s book sold better than 10 books on the list, and strangely, “Bill O’Reilly’s Legends & Lies” placed No. 6 on the list below “The Road to Character” by the Times’ own David Brooks, even though O’Reilly sold 4,000 more books than Brooks did.”

Sounds like some good ol’ fashioned favoritism is going on. What do you guys think”
