“Why don’t we ever hear from a judge? Somebody should be able to ask, ‘Hey, what are you guys looking for?’ What do we need to do if it comes down to a decision in order to win? You hear the announcers say it all the time and the announcers are wrong. You hear Goldy saying, ‘Ah, they’re looking for octagon control, damage and aggression’— and none of those things are true. NONE. There’s a constant misinformation being put out not only to the fans, but to the fighters.”

Chael Sonnen recently exploded at infamous MMA judge Douglas Crosby on his weekly podcast “You’re Welcome“. Sonnen tried to ask Crosby several questions but it was obvious that Crosby wanted to avoid and and all controversy by rambling about something else.

It wasn’t long before Sonnen got tired of Crosby’s schtick and raised his voice when he asked, “HAVE YOU BEEN TRAINED BY A JUDGE?”. Once again, Crosby avoided the question. Sonnen finally snapped when Crosby went on a side rant after he was asked whether or not he should have judged the Masvidal/Iaquinta bout.

Sonnen finally gave up and stated, “This is the worst interview I’ve ever done. I don’t know if I can even use this.”
