Yesterday the UFC took over Seattle with the first UFC on FOX 5 media event.

BJ Penn and the rest of the team took part in the festivities at the official UFC on FOX 5 open workout.

BJPENN.COM was on scene and was able to get some photo’s of BJ training with his older brother JD Penn.
