This past Saturday at UFC 196 Nate Diaz shocked the world as he submitted Conor McGregor in the 2nd round of their welterweight main event scrap. In the wake of the bout, pop star Justin Bieber took the opportunity to praise McGregor despite the loss, while bashing Diaz for his “terrible” style.

That didn’t sit too well with Nate Diaz, who told Bieber to keep his opinion to himself. In addition, Diaz also posted a meme on Instagram mocking Bieber.

The WWE decided to use the situation during Thursday night Smackdown, stating

“Kevin Owens treating Neville like Nate Diaz treated Justin Bieber on Instagram.”
