Back in 2013, Cat Zingano and Miesha Tate fought in the TUF 17 finale for a crack at Ronda Rousey’s bantamweight championship. Zingano won the bout in dominant fashion, finishing Tate in the 3rd round via TKO.

Unfortunately, an injury forced Zingano out of her title fight with Rousey, and Tate was given the shot. However fast forward 3 years, and Tate is the bantamweight champion, and Rousey is on an indefinite hiatus.

Ahead of her return to the Octagon, Zingano spoke about seeing Tate as the champion.
