Last night in the co-main event of UFC 212, formertitle challengers Claudia Gadelha and Karolina Kowalkiewicz squared off in a key women’s strawweight scrap.
Gadelha was able to get Karolina down early in round one and quickly took the back of her Polish opponent. From there, the Brazilian locked in her hooks and then secured a rear-naked choke which forced Kowalkiewicz to tapout.
