Jonathan Koppenhaver will have to stay behind bars while he waits for his trial in September, ruled a judge on Wednesday.
Koppenhaver is facing 34 counts, including two counts of attempted murder, when his trial comes around. On Wednesday his lawyers tried to get those two charges thrown out, but the judge ruled that there was enough evidence to warrant those charges.
Also during court on Wednesday, Koppenhaver spoke up and said he wants to take a polygraph test, but the judge denied him.

Koppenhaver was arrested back in August in relation to an incident involving his ex-girlfriend Christy Mack and her friend Corey Thomas.
