While Conor McGregor may be the UFC featherweight champion, his name is now being brought up when mentioning the lightweight division due to recent talks of ‘Notorious’ going up in weight to challenge the winner of this weekend’s Dos Anjos vs. Cerrone fight.
While Frankie Edgar is doing everything possible to get McGregor to stay at featherweight, Nate Diaz says he’s the money fight for McGregor if ‘Notorious’ chooses to go up to lightweight.
Diaz will be returning to the Octagon for the first time in over a year on Saturday when he fight’s #6 ranked Michael Johnson on the main card of UFC on FOX 17.
