In the main event of UFC 201, Tyron Woodley shocked the world as he knocked out Robbie Lawler in just minutes to claim the UFC welterweight championship.

Following the fight, Woodley was quick to shut down welterweight #1 contender Stephen Thompson, opting to call out Nick Diaz and Georges St-Pierre.

Interestingly, Woodley calling Diaz out at UFC 201, would give the newly crowned champ just a 3 week turnaround time. On the other hand, while rumors of a GSP return have continued to to surface, UFC President Dana White has remained adamant that GSP won’t return to the UFC.
