UFC 205 will feature several high-profile match-ups and on paper looks to be a blockbuster card.

Rashad Evans, who takes on Tim Kennedy in his middleweight debut at UFC 205, spoke exclusively to BJPENN.COM Radio and discussed his predictions for several other fights on the card.

Check out who “Suga” Rashad Evans picks to win two of the biggest fights on the UFC 205 card below!

“I like Weidman, I like Weidman for a couple of reasons. He’s rested after healing his injury, that was something that was really bothering him before, but more importantly, he has arguably one of the best coaches I’ve ever worked with in my entire life, Mark Henry,” Rashad said to BJPENN.COM Radio. Hands down, without a doubt, when it comes to skills and preparation and understanding the game of mixed martial arts and really just being a student of the game, that is Mark Henry, Mark Henry is gonna make sure every one of his fighters comes in prepared. (Weidman’s) got Mark Henry on his side, so I’m excited to see what kind of Weidman we see, but I know it will be a different Weidman than we’ve ever seen before.”

“I’m going with Alvarez, not just because of his training with Mark Henry, but also because he’s a friend of mine. Conor is really, really good at fighting guys his size, he’s actually dangerous fighting guys his size, and that’s because of his fighting style, he has amazing footwork and the art of deception with his movement which makes you think you’re in range and he hits you with a hard counter.

“That’s why it’s a dangerous fight for Eddie Alvarez, but at the same time I like the fight for Eddie, he’s gonna get him to the ground and he’s gonna be able to out-work him. Eddie likes to fight like that. If Eddie can avoid getting banged up early by Conor, it’s gonna be an easy night (for him).”

UFC 205 will take place on November 12 at the historic Madison Square Garden for the promotion’s first-ever event in New York.
