The UFC lightweight title will be on the line July 7 in Las Vegas when current champion Rafael dos Anjos defends his strap against former Bellator title holder Eddie Alvarez.

RDA is currently riding a five-fight win streak, which includes wins over Jason High, Benson Henderson, Nate Diaz, Anthony Pettis and most recently Donald Cerrone.

Meanwhile, Eddie Alvarez is currently on a two-fight win streak, scoring split-decision victories over former champ Anthony Pettis and former title challenger Gilbert Melendez in that time.
