St-Pierre had been rumored to possibly headline December’s UFC 206 event in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, against former middleweight kingpin Anderson Silva, but that evidently will not be the case.
“GSP” was last seen in action at UFC 167 where he scored a decision victory over Johny Hendricks.
Following the contest with “Bigg Rigg”, St-Pierre shocked the mixed martial arts world by announcing that he was stepping away from sport.
