In the lead-up to the scrap, Ngannou <a href=\"http:\/\/staging.tcpcharms.com\/bjpenn\/mma-news\/dana-white\/francis-ngannou-explains-his-issues-with-the-ufc-i-dont-feel-like-a-free-man\/\">and the UFC were not seeing eye-to-eye<\/a> and following the contest Dana White didn&#8217;t even <a href=\"http:\/\/staging.tcpcharms.com\/bjpenn\/mma-news\/dana-white\/francis-ngannou-reacts-after-dana-white-refuses-to-put-ufc-belt-around-his-waist-skips-press-conference\/\">wrap the belt<\/a> around &#8220;The Predator&#8217;s&#8221; waist.<\/p>\n<p>It was also reported Ngannou only made $600K for his fight, which he later confirmed, this while adding that he would never fight again on that current deal.<\/p>\n<p>Mark Hunt, who has also had <a href=\"http:\/\/staging.tcpcharms.com\/bjpenn\/mma-news\/dana-white\/mark-hunt-offers-ultimatum-to-dana-white-and-the-fertittas-you-win-i-drop-the-lawsuit-i-win-you-pay-every-fighter-you-have-ripped-off\/\">contract disputes<\/a> with the UFC, recently offered the champ some advice. &#8220;The Super Samoan&#8221; suggested he made $950K five years ago, so Ngannou should be asking for more than that.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">I love Mark Hunt  <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/UFC270?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#UFC270<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/MMATwitter?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#MMATwitter<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/FLdxxt8qn9\">pic.twitter.com\/FLdxxt8qn9<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Tito Lil&#39;BitOrtiz \u2692\ufe0f (@NewTitoAgain) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/NewTitoAgain\/status\/1485607209727897606?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 24, 2022<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAnd now they will put Francis at the back of the bus and turn on him like they do every other fighter that speaks up. I hope he doesn\u2019t sign again until they pay him his dues. He was getting ripped off royally like every other fighter in that company,&#8221; <\/em>Mark Hunt wrote in an Instagram comment about Ngannou.<em> &#8220;World heavyweight champion getting 5-600k USD my last fight with this company 5-6 years ago, I got 950k USD and I never had the belt five years ago. And the reason I was getting that was because I always spoke up and told them they need to pay.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Hunt continued:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;They are not your friends and you don\u2019t need brown-nosing management to rip you off, get what your worth, @francisngannou, don\u2019t live on your knees,&#8221; Hunt continued about Ngannou. &#8220;You\u2019re a fighter in and out of the octagon. When you\u2019re the heavyweight champion of the world, the word \u201cNO\u201d should not be in your vocab anymore.
