He has been booked at the Broward County Jail in Fort Lauderdale.\u00a0Back in June, he was arrested on felony charges of robbery, battery, and criminal mischief.<\/p>\n<p>TMZ Sports was able to obtain police audio from his arrest over the weekend where Pena&#8217;s girlfriend is heard saying: &#8220;I really need the cops to come and get him out now. I have scratches and bruises all over me from him, I need him gone. I&#8217;m done, and I need help, please.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Now, promotional officials told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2021\/10\/12\/ufc-cuts-releases-luis-pena-violent-bob-ross-following-domestic-violence-arrest\/?adid=social-twa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TMZ Sports<\/a> they have terminated Pena&#8217;s contract following his arrest.<\/p>\n<section id=\"cb-b1219071e7c002f6da45c60ee8ec111f\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink canvas-text-block--default \" data-context=\"{&quot;section&quot;:&quot;permalink&quot;,&quot;name&quot;:&quot;text_block&quot;}\">\u201cUFC is aware of the disturbing allegations concerning the recent arrest of Luis Pena. His losses came at the hands of Khama Worthy, Matt Frevola, and Michael Trizano.
