The Brazilian was there Octagon-side and following the event, <a href=\"http:\/\/staging.tcpcharms.com\/bjpenn\/mma-news\/paulo-costa\/israel-adesanya-vs-paulo-costa-targeted-for-march-ppv-in-las-vegas\/\">it was reported him and \u201cThe Last Stylebender\u201d would meet in March<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Yet, Costa suffered a bicep injury and Adesanya fought Romero instead where he won by decision. Since then, fans have been wondering when the two will fight. For Costa, he says it is because the middleweight champ won\u2019t sign the contract.<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/twitter.com\/borrachinhamma\/status\/1276295526254870529?s=21<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSend me the f*cking location of his house and I\u2019ll make him sign his f*cking shit contract right now! Bend your knees to KoB,\u201d Costa wrote on Twitter.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/staging.tcpcharms.com\/bjpenn\/mma-news\/paulo-costa\/israel-adesanya-eager-to-punish-juiced-up-monkey-paulo-costa\/\">The rivalry between Costa and Adesanya is nothing new<\/a>. The Brazilian spoke to BJPENN following his win over Romero where he said he would kill the now middleweight champ.<\/p>\n<p>Paulo Costa\u2019s coach, Eric Albaraccin, also believes a fight <a href=\"http:\/\/staging.tcpcharms.com\/bjpenn\/mma-news\/exclusive-interviews\/coach-israel-adesanya-vs-paulo-costa-will-be-the-the-greatest-middleweight-title-fight-in-history\/\">between the two would be the best middleweight title fight in history<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPaulo Costa vs Adesanya will be the greatest middleweight title fight in history. These two hate each other, they are at each other\u2019s throats,\u201d Albarracin said to BJPENN.com. \u201cWhen we went to <a class=\"exactmetrics-outbound-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ufc.com\/event\/ufc-243\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-vars-action=\"https:\/\/www.ufc.com\/event\/ufc-243\" data-vars-category=\"outbound-link\" data-vars-label=\"UFC 243\">UFC 243<\/a>, Adesanya called him Ricky Martin, and he does look like Ricky Martin but he hits like Mike Tyson. Adesanya will not step out of the cage there, Costa will erase him.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Paulo Costa is currently undefeated as a pro and as mentioned beat Romero last time out. He also holds knockout wins over Uriah Hall and Johny Hendricks.<\/p>\n<p>Israel Adesanya, meanwhile, defended his belt last time out with the win over Romero. He won the undisputed title with a knockout win over Whittaker at UFC 243 after claiming interim gold back at UFC 236 where he edged out a decision over Kelvin Gastelum.<\/p>\n<p>With the UFC having booked the Stipe Miocic-Daniel Cormier trilogy for August and Khabib Nurmagomedov vs. Justin Gaethje in September, it seems likely this fight won\u2019t happen until October.
