Still, fans have made it clear they want to see \u2018Bones\u2019 at heavyweight. But, <a href=\"http:\/\/staging.tcpcharms.com\/bjpenn\/mma-news\/exclusive-interviews\/mike-winkeljohn-discusses-possible-heavyweight-move-for-jon-jones\/\">there still are fights for him<\/a> at 205 pounds,<a href=\"http:\/\/staging.tcpcharms.com\/bjpenn\/mma-news\/jon-jones\/jon-jones-vs-dominick-reyes-in-the-works-to-headline-ufc-247\/\"> as evident by his upcoming title defense against undefeated contender Dominick Reyes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Although there are still contenders, Cormier believes Jones will have to move up to heavyweight eventually even though he doesn&#8217;t want to.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I think he\u2019ll have to. He\u2019ll have to escape his comfort zone a little bit. It\u2019s scary for him. It\u2019s scary for a lot of guys to change weight classes,&#8221; Cormier said to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=WX8OFXr9OsM&amp;feature=emb_title\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">BT Sport<\/a>. &#8220;There\u2019s this heir of invincibility with Jones and for him to go up and take these chances, I imagine is very scary. I don\u2019t know if he really wants to do that but I think he will at some point.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, one fight that continues to be discussed is Jon Jones <a href=\"http:\/\/staging.tcpcharms.com\/bjpenn\/mma-news\/israel-adesanya\/dana-white-outlines-timeline-of-potential-israel-adesanya-vs-jon-jones-superfight\/\">against Israel Adesanya at light heavyweight<\/a>. But, if the fight happens, Cormier <a href=\"http:\/\/staging.tcpcharms.com\/bjpenn\/mma-news\/exclusive-interviews\/mike-winkeljohn-believes-jon-jones-vs-israel-adesanya-will-happen-but-wont-be-a-close-fight\/\">believes his rival in Bones would get his hand raised<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>For Daniel Cormier, he just thinks the size will be a factor and thinks it will take a heavyweight with one-punch knockout power to be the person to beat Jon Jones.<\/p>\n<p id=\"41M8zf\">&#8220;I don\u2019t know if he beats Jon Jones. I really don\u2019t. Obviously, you guys know my feelings towards him [Jones] but he\u2019s good, man. I think it\u2019s going to take a heavyweight,&#8221; Daniel Cormier began. &#8220;It will be one of those big, big guys that shuts the lights out. I just don\u2019t know if those guys can beat Jones over 25 minutes.<\/p>\n<p id=\"maSfb0\">&#8220;He\u2019s a good fighter, he has so many weapons. Look at me, I feel I\u2019m one of the greatest fighters of all time and he beat me twice. That says a lot about who he is as a competitor. Can Israel fight him? Yes.
