He\u2019ll also provide comic relief with his infectious laugh and penchant for taking everything literally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Xena: Warrior Princess <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/upload.wikimedia.org\/wikipedia\/en\/f\/f4\/Returnofcallisto_02.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Fans of this action heroine know that Xena was the ultimate female badass during the \u201890s. As played by Lucy Lawless, Xena has a physique to rival Cris Cyborg and the tenacity of Amanda Nunes in battle. Even without her trusty sword and Chakram, Xena can unleash a torrent of powerful punches, kicks and throws on an onslaught of enemies. Whether or not Dux actually fought and won such a tournament (which probably never happened), his fictionalized counterpart, played by the \u201cMuscles from Brussels\u201d himself Jean-Claude Van Damme, would fit in nicely in the MMA with his powerful kicks and epic scream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lorraine Broughton, Atomic Blonde<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Atomic Blonde (2017) - Savage Stairwell Fight Scene (5\/10) | Movieclips\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XarGS1AeEcE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The ability to take a beating and keep on ticking is important in MMA. As she proves in Atomic Blonde\u2019s brutal stairwell fight, Broughton can take down a bevy of bad guys with swift kicks, body blows and well-executed throws. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Thunderlips, Rocky III <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Rocky 3. As memorably played by Hulk Hogan, Thunderlips unleashes a fury of punches, suplexes and leg drops on poor ol\u2019 Rock. After much punishment, Rocky defeats Thunderlips, thanks to an asset from Paulie, who smashes the aggressive wrestler with a chair. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Louden Swain, Vision Quest<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Vision Quest | Final Scene | Louden vs Shute\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/q-uZrBHrjzk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>There\u2019s a reason why Michael Chandler <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/JbNLSKZWE9s\">recreated the iconic training montage <\/a>from the \u201880s classic Vision Quest&#8211;Louden Swain (Matthew Modine) is a focused, skilled high school wrestler who inspired an entire generation of fighters. Louden\u2019s hard work pays off when he pins Brian Shute, a monosyllabic grappler who trains by carrying a log, and takes the state championship. Backed by a killer soundtrack of motivational tunes from Journey, Red Rider and other \u201880s rockers, Louden would easily have the best entrance music.
