Although Diaz has since been cleared of all wrongdoing, he was still arrested on the night of this ordeal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mmajunkie.com\/2019\/01\/ufc-nick-diaz-bodycam-video-domestic-assault-arrest-las-vegas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"MMAjunkie (opens in a new tab)\">MMAjunkie<\/a> has obtained the police bodycam footage from the night of Diaz&#8217;s arrest, and it shows the fighter being compliant, obedient, and adamant that he is innocent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>See it below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/content.jwplatform.com\/players\/vUhMCP8W-FLu19iir.html\" width=\"320\" height=\"260\"><\/iframe><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>While Nick Diaz is well-behaved in this incident, the video shows that his arrest was not without drama. At one point, the fighter managed to maneuver his cuffed wrists out from behind his back and onto his lap, which prompted a firm warning from supervising officer Bryce Martinez,  who&#8217;s bodycam captured the ordeal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNick, I\u2019m going to be real frank with you, man,\u201d said Martinez. \u201cI do not want to drag you out of here, put a spit mask on you, embarrass you. \u2026 So put those cuffs back under your back.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Officer Martinez also gave his men a stern, slightly disconcerting warning: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cListen to me real quick,\u201d Martinez said in the footage. \u201cI need you to control your suspects. If they\u2019re talking (expletive), if you need to fricken\u2019 take them to jail. If you need to hobble them, if you need to whoop their (expletive) ass, you whoop their ass. You hear me? I need you to hold and take them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMake those decisions for me. I cannot be making them for you, OK?
