The other is Conor McGregor, who held the UFC featherweight and lightweight titles simultaneously in 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Apparently, however, Conor McGregor still considers himself the\u00a0only undisputed champ-champ. Speaking to TMZ this week, McGregor eluded to the fact that he does not consider Daniel Cormier a true two-division champion \u2014 perhaps because Cormier never actually captured the light heavyweight title from former champion Jon Jones.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The only champ champ,&#8221; McGregor confidently referred to himself as he set off on a jog in New York City, forcing a TMZ cameraman to chase after him.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The only\u00a0<em>undisputed\u00a0<\/em>champ champ,&#8221; he added, seemingly clarifying on the difference between his accomplishments and those of the light heavyweight and heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Conor McGregor Says He&#039;s Close on a UFC Fight with Khabib Nurmagomedov | TMZ Sports\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Chv6rmUjvD4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>In this interview with TMZ, McGregor also updated on his potential comeback, confirming what we&#8217;ve all be hearing.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/staging.tcpcharms.com\/bjpenn\/mma-news\/khabib-nurmagomedov\/report-khabib-nurmagomedov-confirms-conors-next-suggests-poirier-vs-ferguson-fight\/\">Very close<\/a>,&#8221; he said of his comeback. &#8220;It&#8217;s not official, but we&#8217;re close.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I believe so, I hope so,&#8221; he added, when asked if he&#8217;d fight in 2018 \u2014 perhaps even at UFC 230 in New York City. &#8220;You know, I fucking love New York City.
