Michael “The Count” Bisping<\/a> will get his first UFC title shot just shy of the 10 year anniversary of his UFC debut.<\/p>\n

Going into his 26th UFC fight, Bisping will fight middleweight champion Luke Rockhold<\/a> for the title on June 4 at UFC 199. Bisping steps in on two and a half weeks notice after Rockhold’s originally scheduled opponent, Chris Weidman, was forced to pull out<\/a> of the fight due to an injury.<\/p>\n

This will be the second time Rockhold and Bisping meet in the Octagon with Rockhold holding a submission victory over Bisping at UFC Fight Night 55 back in November 2014.<\/p>\n

However, Bisping insists that this will actually be their rubber match with their first fight taking place in a training session<\/a> back when Rockhold was the Strikeforce middleweight champion.<\/p>\n

Bisping reminded Rockhold of their training session in a recent tweet saying, “See you in 2 weeks @LukeRockhold I got the first match and you know it, you got the second. Let’s settle this once and for all! #UFC199”<\/p>\n
