UFC light heavyweight title challenger Alexander Gustafsson is on team #FreeNickDiaz for sure.<\/p>\n

The Swedish fighter felt the need to go on his Facebook to share his thoughts on Nick Diaz’s five year suspension.<\/p>\n

The support for Diaz has truly been overwhelming. It just shows how well Diaz is received in the MMA community and how much of a fan favorite he really is. Another thing it shows is how the NSAC needs to reevaluate how they do things.<\/p>\n

Gustafsson took to Facebook<\/a> and posted this:<\/p>\n

Firstly, I am against illegal substances, I am against PED!<\/em>
\n But 5 years for Nick Diaz is ridiculous, his use wasn’t making him a better fighter. Don’t ruin a brothers life, don’t take away something he has been working for his whole life. Have some feeling. #teamdiaz<\/em><\/p>\n

He mirrors the sentiment put out by just about all the other Diaz supporters, the whole thing is really just ridiculous. That might be the best word to describe it all. Ridiculous and sad.<\/p>\n
