When fans shower the fighters with a chorus of boos, more often than not, it is unjustified. There are moments in every fight where both men are at a stalemate and are in the process of planning their next move which creates a lull in action, causing the fans to voice their disapproval.<\/p>\n

Saturday night at UFC 188 in Mexico City, Mexico, Dana White agreed with every single “BOO” the crowd cried out in throughout the night.<\/p>\n

“It was an educated crowd. You know how happy that makes me to be in Mexico City, Mexico, and when a guy steps over and gets side control, they cheer? And when they were booing, they deserved to boo,” White told the media during the post fight press conference. “I didn’t disagree with one f—ing boo that happened tonight. When they were booing, [the fighters] deserved to be booed.”<\/p>\n

White was not only proud of how intelligent the crowd in attendance was, but he was also proud that the event was a true sell out.<\/p>\n

“Completely sold out. And in the main event, I don’t know if any of you looked around, packed to the rafters and everybody had their lights on. It was awesome, man. It wasn’t a tough crowd, it was an educated crowd. Amazing.”<\/p>\n
