One Brazilian TV reporter decided to experience what fighters go through firsthand during their training camps by joining the fighters of Brazil’s Nova Union team for a period of training, sparring, and as it turns out, suffering.

UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo and Nova Union head coach speak to the camera in 1 on 1 segments to talk about the reporter’s experience as training footage plays. As you can see in the video, not only does the reporter train with Nova Uniao, he also spars with the famed team.

As you can tell from the video, the fighters did not hold back.

Aldo of course is currently gearing up for his upcoming UFC 212 title unification fight against Max Holloway this weekend.
