Have you guys seen this? It’s a video of UFC middleweight Yoel Romero training. It’s from a little while back, but it’s so unusual it’s worth sharing.

Romero can be seen training in a parking garage, because why not. He does some sparring, then can be seen in the background picking a guy up and twirling him around like a freaking medicine ball or something. The guy’s got a freakish physique, so, maybe this is the secret. train in parking garages and twirl guys around.
