Paige VanZant and Chad Mendes already knows what it takes to get through ridiculous training sessions as they are members of Team Alpha Male. VanZant and Mendes do their best to share their knowledge of hard work, team work and determination with other participants of the famous “Tough Mudder” obstacle race!

Both Team Alpha Male standouts took time away from their training sessions to participate in the race, but they now have their sights set on their upcoming opponents. VanZant is set to square off with Alex Chambers at UFC 191 on September 5th while “Money” Mendes just inked a deal to fight Frankie Edgar in December of 2015.
