Joe Rogan may be known to most as just a UFC commentator and a comedian, but he actually possesses some crazy kickboxing skills! Rogan won a major taekwondo championship when he was just nineteen years old and continues to train to this day. Check him out drilling the pads with Mark Dellagrotte!
