Wanderlei Silva has made headlines for all the wrong reasons lately. After starting a brawl with fellow TUF Brazil coach Chael Sonnen, Wanderlei followed up by refusing to take a drug test required by the NSAC prior to his bout with Sonnen. As a result, the UFC was forced to remove Silva from the bout and replace him with Vitor Belfort.

Last night during the TUF Brazil Finale, Wanderlei decided to skip the event and go out drinking instead at a local bar.

UFC Managing Director in Brazil Grace Tourinho said during the post-fight press conference that he expected Silva to attend the event.

I was expecting him and he didn’t show up.”
