“The California Kid” Urijah Faber stopped by for Thursdays night episode of Stud Show Radio. Faber talked to callers and answered questions about his move back to featherweight, his upcoming fight with Frankie Edgar and the UFC/Reebok deal.

The sponsorship deal has been the topic of discussion lately, with the official pay amounts for each tier of fighters coming out. So what does Faber, who’s always seen in Torque gear, think of the change?

“You know, a lot of people are going to lose some money on that deal,” said Faber, “I learned a long time ago don’t worry about the monetary side of this thing or else it ruins it for me, so you know. I’m in the top of the tier for not having a belt but I don’t get to wear my brand, so it’s not the best case scenario but it’s not bad either.”
