Mixed martials arts legends Vitor Belfort (24-11 MMA) and Dan Henderson (31-13 MMA) squared off for a third-time in tonight’s UFC Fight Night 77 main event in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Vitor walked out to a thunderous ovation from his home crowd.
The main event bout started slow as both men were trying to find their range.
“The Phenom” opened up first and landed a massive head-kick on Henderson. Vitor rushed in on “Hendo” with punches and Dan went crashing to the canvas. Belfort finished “Hendo” off with some ground and pound which forced the ref to stop the fight.
