Ivan Jorge and Josh Shockey jerked the curtain in front of a packed audience in Porto Alegre, Brazil on UFC Fight Pass!
The fight looked like it was going to end in the opening round after Jorge took the fight to the canvas. Shockley found himself trapped in a tight head-arm triangle with nowhere to go, but Jorge could not get proper positioning and didn’t have the right angle to choke him out. Shockley made it to the end of the round, but he was behind on the scorecards.
After a close second round, Jorge kept a safe distance to make sure he would not get clocked with a knockout blow. Jorge landed a nice takedown at the end of the round to secure the ten points and the unanimous decision victory.
