Antonio dos Santos Jr. and Daniel Sarafian were on their way to an exciting opening bout, but a bizarre injury in the octagon led to the end of the fight.

Antonio dos Santos Jr. suffered a dislocated finger in the second round and asked the referee to pause the action. Dos Santos popped the finger back in place, but the referee waved the fight off completely. The issue was that the referee did not halt the action, but rather Dos Santos asked him to pause the fight.
