While the void left by Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier surely stings, UFC officials have put forth their best efforts to keep UFC 178 a compelling fight card.
Set for September 27, ‘UFC 178: Johnson vs. Cariaso’ is set to take place from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. In the main event, UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson will defend his title against Chris Cariaso, live on pay-per-view.
The pay-per-view event is being billed as STACKED! And that notion is evidenced by the ,almost insulting, bump of the returning and rightful(ish) bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz to the night’s free preliminary card.
