It was announced some time ago that there would be an Ultimate Fighter: China. We now know that UFC middleweight Cung Le will serve as the Dana White figure on the show. The coaches have yet to be announced, but the fighters who will participate in the show’s inaugural season have. It’s a safe bet that most if not all of these fighters are unknown to the average MMA fan, but how many people would have recognized the cast of The Ultimate Fighter season 1 before it aired?

The show will be titled, Rookie Exposure, in China and will most likely have the fighters competing in one of the lower wight classes, based off of the casts previous fights, all at featherweight – welterweight.

The show premieres December 7  and will be hosted by Chinese celebrity and sportscaster Huang Jianxiang. It will be interesting to see what kind of talent emerges from the show. Could the first Chinese UFC champion be among these fighters?
