‘TRY IT! McGregor Won’t Steal My Belt Like Aldo’

Demetrious Johnson

Mighty Mouse

Conor McGregor seems to be quite the title thief. During the UFC 189 World Tour, Conor McGregor actually stole Jose Aldo’s belt right in front of his eyes. He didn’t have it for long, but McGregor one-upped the champion. Demetrious Johnson wouldn’t let that happen to him… because he never carries his real belt.

“I would have done nothing because it wouldn’t have been my real belt. My real belt never leaves the house,” Mighty Mouse told Submission Radio.

Demetrious Johnson could have lost his real belt at UFC 186 against Kyoji Horiguchi, but he controlled the fight for 25 minutes before submitting him in the FINAL second of the fight. It was a dominant performance and Johnson showcased his skill set.
