Lightweights Khabib Nurmagomedov and Anthony Pettis have been sidelined with injuries they sustained during their training camps. Pettis was training for Myles Jury at “UFC on FOX 16” and Nurmagomedov was preparing for his fight against Donald Cerrone at “UFC 187”.

After it was announced that Nurmagomedov suffered his injury, Pettis was quick to jump on social media and get revenge on Khabib for pouring salt in the wound. Pettis explained his actions by saying Nurmagomedov should act more humble and tone it down with the trash talking while fighters are injured.
