Standing on the sidelines looking in, laid-off FOX commentator and UFC personality, Chael Sonnen is, according to his NSAC response, ‘Accepting Responsibility’ for his second failed drug test.

Sonnen’s inability to give a clean testing sample on two-seperate occasions is forcing him into uncharted waters with the NSAC, who are seeking up to $250k in fines and fees.

As part of Sonnen’s response, Chael’s lawyer submitted the following: (Via Ariel Helwani)

“Mr. Sonnen does not dispute any of the factual allegations contained in the First Amended Complaint. Mr. Sonnen accepts responsibility for his actions and will comply with the Commission in the prompt resolution of this matter.”
