Jon Jones posted the following video on his official Instagram of himself looking slightly out of shape, and cooling off in his backyard with a garden hose. While Jones by no means looks like he is totally out of shape, it is a different look for the 205 pound champ, who always steps into the Octagon in peak physical condition. Fans can be sure to expect a very tough Jones in the Octagon in September when he rematches his greatest threat, Alexander Gustafsson. Check it out:
