We received word earlier this month that three fighters had been fined by the UFC for violating their ‘athlete outfitting policy’.

While no names were given by the UFC, Donald Cerrone revealed via Twitter that he had in fact been fined for continuing his tradition of sewing a patch on his fight shorts.

In addition, Nate Diaz was fined for wearing denim jeans to weigh ins, however he apparently doesn’t need or want Reebok’s money.

Now, according to MMAFighting, UFC lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos has been fined a “significant” amount for wearing an Evolve MMA shirt prior to hitting the scale for his UFC on FOX 17 weigh-ins.
