A few months ago we learned that former UFC lightweight and welterweight champion, BJ Penn would be making the trip down two weight classes to face off with Frankie Edgar both in the cage and on TUF season 19 as coaches.
The result seems to be a focused and motivated BJ who already looks ready for the massive cut to 145 pounds.
