Thiago Alves was on the receiving end of a brutal beating by Carlos Condit this past Saturday night at UFC Fight Night 67. Condit channeled his inner “Kenny Florian” and dished out some vicious hellbows that busted open, and likely broke, Alves’ nose. Check out what Alves’ nose looks like the day after the fight!
Unfortunately it wasn’t my night. But that’s how it is at the highest level of competition. A small setback is a great setup for a bigger comeback! I’ll learn from my mistakes and get a lot better.
