Some interesting information regarding Nick Diaz’a failed drug test at UFC 183 has emerged.

According to MMAJunkie, documentation from the test administered that night show that Diaz was tested three separate times during the day.

Here’s a breakdown of the test:

7:12 p.m.(before fight)– urine test given was sent to Sports Medicine Research and Testing Laboratory. Diaz passed this test, which did screen for drugs of abuse.

10:38 p.m. (after fight)– urine test given was sent to Quest Diagnostics. Test came back positive for marijuana.

11:55 p.m.– urine test given was sent to SMRTL again. Again, Diaz passed the test.

Diaz’s hearing is currently pending. It will be interesting to see if this information comes up.
