Nick Diaz Suspended By NSAC Pending Disciplinary Hearing

The Nevada State Athletic Commission today moved to temporarily suspend Nick Diaz pending a disciplinary hearing for his failed UFC 183 drug test, for Marijuana.

The States Attorney General has requested a disciplinary hearing to deal with Diaz’s third failed marijuana test in the state.

The Commission approved the all motions unanimously, and will hear the case on a further, yet to be determined, date.

Anderson Silva, Hector Lombard, and Ashlee Evans-Smith wer also suspended.
