New Champ dos Anjos Looking For December Return

UFC lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos may be on the sidelines longer than expected.

The champ injured his MCL during his win over Anthony Pettis and according to Fox Sports 1 analyst, Dos Anjos is looking for a December return.

“Rafael Dos Anjos hasn’t been cleared to train yet and he’s hoping to return from his torn MCL in December.”

That’s quite a ways away, do you think Donal Cerrone is willing to wait that long for his title shot? He did say he wouldn’t mind having a few extra Sunday Fundays.
